Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We work with every insurance carrier.
We document the damage, work with your adjuster directly, and build the repair to the approved scope, so you aren’t stuck passing messages between the two of us.
What if my house isn’t livable after the damage?
Tell us when you call. We’ll find you somewhere to stay while the house is repaired, and keep you updated until you can move back in.
What should I do right after the damage happens?
Make sure everyone is safe, then call us and your insurance company.
If you can do it safely, take photos before anything is moved or cleaned up. Have your policy or claim number handy when we talk.
Repairs and cleanouts
What work do you do?
Roofing, siding, decks, property cleanouts and property management, plus the insurance repairs that go with them. The services page has the details on each.
How do I get an estimate?
Call us, or send a request through the contact page with the address and what’s going on. We’ll set a time to see the property and walk you through what it needs.
What happens during a cleanout?
Before we start, tell us what to keep, donate or handle with care. We clear everything else, haul it away, and leave the house broom clean.
Property management
Can you look after a house I don’t live near?
That’s what property management is for. We check on the house on a schedule, take care of upkeep and repairs, and call you when something needs your decision.
Do I need a separate contractor for repairs?
No. Roofing, siding and deck work is done by our own crew, so the company watching the property is the same one fixing it.
